Sometimes, if your internet connection drops in and out or Pigeonhole has a connection problem, your Pigeonholes may get stuck in a loading status.
The first thing to try in this instance is to refresh your browser. Refreshing your screen will reset to the home screen, and you can then enter your Pigeonhole again.
If you are working with the web app, then you can close the app and open again.
