How do I create a Pigeonhole.space account?

In order to access Pigeonhole, either to manage buildings or as a contractor accessing drawings, you will need to create an account.

1. To create a Pigeonhole.space account, go to https://app.pigeonhole.space and select 'Create Account'. This is the same process on desktop and mobile.

2. Enter your name and email address, along with a strong password.

If you are creating the account on behalf-of building management, use the email address of the user who will be performing most of the building-management related activities. This will be the super-user with the highest level of permissions for the building.

If you are creating the account whilst accepting an invitation to view pigeonholes, ensure you use the same email address at which you received the invitation. If you wish to register with a different email address then you will need to ask the account holder sending you the invitation to send it to the alternate address. Once you have accepted the terms and noted whether you wish to receive email updates from us, select Register.

3. You will now be logged in to Pigeonhole!

You will now receive 2 emails. The first will be your welcome email and the second is an account verification email. Note that you will not be able to enter drawings into the account until your email is verified. Also note that after verifying your account you will need to log out and back in again for the verification to take affect.
