How to see notifications and activities

Pigeonhole tracks the activities in different pigeonhole types so you can see the activities occurring and see who is updating data.

Activity against a pigeonhole also corresponds to a notification to the mobile devices of other users who have access to the pigeonhole.

The Activity tab can be accessed when viewing a Pigeonhole by clicking 'Activity' and you will then see a list of the activities.

Activities are tracked for the following actions for each pigeonhole type.

Building

• Sharing
• User removing their own access

Service

• Add a drawing pigeonhole
• Adding a drawing file
• Sharing with a user
• Adding a note

File Pigeonhole

• Adding a new revision

Notifications are viewable on mobile devices and notifications for Pigeonhole have to be enabled in your mobile device settings screen.
