How do I reset my password?

Passwords can be reset directly from the login screen. Simply click the 'Forgot your password' link below the Login button and follow the prompts.

You will then be prompted to enter your email. Once complete, select the Reset Password link.

You will then receive a password reset email at the address entered and you can follow the instructions in that email.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• If your email address is not recognised, try finding the original Pigeonhole Welcome email to confirm which email address you used to register in the system
• If you don't receive your password reset email within 10 minutes, try checking your Junk Mail
