Pigeonhole documents won't launch in a mobile or desktop browser - pop-ups blocked

Some users experience issues opening up files or downloading drawings due to their desktop or mobile browser pop-up settings.  Pop-ups are not an issue if you use the iOS or Android app.

To get the best experience for Pigeonhole in a browser, please enable pop-ups following these instructions;

Mobile Safari users: Enabling and disabling pop-up blocker

1. Launch Settings.
2. Tap Safari.
3. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

For Safari users, you can quickly allow app.pigeonhole.space through the 'Preferences' menu option in Safari; click on 'Safari' at the top left of your screen to see the drop-down menu, then go down to 'Pop-Up Windows' and 'Allow' for app.pigeonhole.space.

You can also do this for individual sites by ensuring that the 'enable content blockers' for this website is NOT ticked in the 'Settings for this website' menu option.
